Signs your screen needs replacing
- Cracked or shattered glass, even if the phone still works
- Black spots, colored lines or a green or purple tint on the display
- Parts of the screen do not respond to touch, or the phone taps by itself
- The display flickers or stays dark while the phone still rings and vibrates
Small cracks tend to spread, and broken glass can let in dust and moisture. Fixing it early usually keeps a simple screen repair from turning into a bigger one.
Glass only, or the whole screen?
On most modern phones the glass and the display are bonded together into one part, so we replace the full screen assembly rather than the glass alone. That gives you a screen that looks and responds like it should. We also replace cracked back glass on phones that have it. Before we start, we will tell you which part your device needs and what your part options are.

- We replace the screen and test touch, display, cameras, Face ID or fingerprint and speakers.
- You pick up your device with our lifetime warranty on the repair.
Lifetime warranty on our repairs
Every repair comes with our lifetime warranty, covering defects in the part we installed and in our workmanship. It does not cover new damage after the repair, such as a drop or liquid. The full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
Questions we hear often
Will I lose my photos or data?
A screen replacement does not touch your storage, so your photos, apps and data stay on the phone. We still recommend a backup before any repair, just in case.
Can you fix a phone that is cracked and also not turning on?
Often, yes. A phone that stays dark after a drop may only need a new screen, but it can also be a board or battery fault. We check it first and tell you what it needs before we repair anything.
Is it worth fixing a cracked screen on an older phone?
If the rest of the phone works well, a new screen is usually far cheaper than a new phone. We will give you an honest answer if a repair does not make sense for your device.
