Said charge port in my phone was intermittently working. He used air thing to clean it out put it on charger it worked. Simple. $10. Guy down street told me.port was broken and it would be $99 to replace port. 5☆ review for Mentor Iphone and Computer. Honest and right price. Highly recommend

On a Monday, I needed my Macbook screen replaced by the following Saturday for an ACT. They went the extra mile to get all parts required for the replacement with two days to spare!! I am truly thankful.

Brought my Mac laptop that died in and asked for it to be checked out. Chris explained the Mac was too old to save so he moved the files to a newer but used Mac Air that I bought, for me. Price was great, Chris was very knowledgeable and everyone there was courteous. The only con was the time it took. But when you get the best, you wait in line, which I was happy to do so. I highly recommend this business and will return.😊

Great service and I saved so much money!!! I have 16 months left on my AT&T contract for this phone and no Apple Care and my screen shattered, touch screen didn’t work at all. An hour later walked out with a new screen, new case and screen protector. Highly recommend!

My 17 year old daughter was taken advantage of at a different "repair" store. She was devastated and humiliated. She walked into Matt's store and was immediately at ease. I contacted Mentor iPhone Repair after my son’s iPhone 17 screen got cracked and the back did too. The screen had a mind of its own and was calling and texting people and all of the apps were going crazy. He couldn’t even shut the phone down because the screen was so messed up. I was able to get it in the next day and they had the phone repaired within an hour, which was amazing because they told me it would like closer to 2.5 hours. I had already driven an hour there so I was super happy with the turnaround time! Both individuals I dealt with were very professional and very efficient at their job. I highly recommend Mentor IPhone Repair to anyone looking for cracked glass repair or phone accessories!
