About Us


What started out as a simple hobby and doing repairs on my days off, has developed into Mentor iPhone Repair. At Mentor iPhone Repair, we fix iPhones, iPads and iPods. We also carry an assortment of accessories for your device. Over the last several years, we have gained a loyal customer base that continues to grow, and has allowed me to leave the car business after 15 years to start my own company.

I am the owner and technician. What that means to you is that I have only one way to fix your device. The right way. There isn’t any large corporation to fall back on if I screw up and damage your device. That puts pressure on me to make sure the job is done the right way. Customer appointments and walk-in’s are always welcome. I also have experience with repairs for local companies and school systems. I was featured on WKYC News fixing an iPhone live, and have repaired devices for some notable people in the area.

We source the best parts available, but occasionally there are defects. We have a LIFETIME warranty on parts used in your device, which also includes labor to redo the repair!

What’s covered?

Defects in materials and craftsmanship used in the production of parts.

What’s not covered?

Cracks, scratches, water damage issues, issues from drops or impacts, intentional abuse and issues arising from a bent or damaged frame.
